Job Responsibilities:
✦ Provide Level 1 support for Salesforce users across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
✦ Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and service requests.
✦ Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, etc.).
✦ Prioritize tickets based on business impact and SLA.
✦ Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.
✦ Troubleshoot issues related to user access and permissions, profiles, roles, permission sets, page layouts, record types, fields, validation rules, and basic workflows.
✦ Create and manage users, roles, profiles, licenses, password resets, and access requests.
✦ Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
✦ Assist users with standard reports and dashboards.
✦ Support basic data loads and exports using Data Loader under supervision.
✦ Ensure data quality and integrity.
✦ Maintain SOPs, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
✦ Create and update knowledge articles for recurring issues.
✦ Collaborate with business users, admins, and developers.
✦ Provide timely updates on ticket status and resolution.
✦ Participate in shift handovers and daily support calls.
Job Requirements:
✦ Basic understanding of Salesforce platform architecture.
✦ Knowledge of objects, fields, relationships, profiles, roles, permission sets, page layouts, and record types.
✦ Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Basic SOQL knowledge (good to have).
✦ Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools.
✦ Understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
✦ General Insurance domain knowledge.
✦ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✦ Customer-focused mindset.
✦ Ability to work in shifts if required.
✦ Good documentation skills.
✦ Exposure to Salesforce Lightning Experience (nice to have).
✦ Basic understanding of workflows, flows, and approval processes (nice to have).
✦ Experience in support or helpdesk roles (nice to have).
