Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multi-cloud implementations including Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Cloud.

✦   Design Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ, Billing, subscription management, and revenue operations.

✦   Architect contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

✦   Establish scalable approval workflows, governance frameworks, and data stewardship models.

✦   Define and implement Salesforce security models including role hierarchy, sharing, data protection, and compliance.

✦   Provide architectural direction to cross-functional teams including developers, admins, QA, and integration engineers.

✦   Drive platform strategy, technical best practices, coding standards, environment management, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to translate requirements into solutions.

✦   Develop and own integration strategy across enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, middleware, and APIs.

✦   Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to enterprise standards.

✦   Lead AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and conversational solutions within Salesforce.

✦   Provide solution direction for OCR-based document processing, contract ingestion, and workflow automation.
