Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define the overall architecture for Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

✦   Design and document data models, integration patterns, and system interfaces between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

✦   Translate complex business requirements into secure, high-performing, and reliable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and functional consultants.

✦   Review code, design components, and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding and configuration best practices.

✦   Establish and enforce development, deployment, and integration standards.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define and prioritize solutions.

✦   Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, and design sessions with customers and internal teams.

✦   Communicate architectural decisions and technical risks effectively to executives and project teams.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce security and compliance guidelines.

✦   Establish CI/CD and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce releases.

✦   Conduct impact analysis for new releases and manage technical debt.

Job Requirements:

✦   20+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 10 years in Salesforce architecture or technical leadership roles.

✦   Deep knowledge of Salesforce core products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, Flows).

✦   Experience with advanced capabilities like Omni-Channel, Chatbot (Einstein Bots), and integration via REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, AI, and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset or similar).

✦   Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification preferred.

✦   Additional certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud are a plus.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Batch Jobs, and integration frameworks.

✦   Experience with API-based integrations, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and external systems.

✦   Strong understanding of data migration, performance tuning, and large data volume handling.

✦   Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

✦   Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
