Job Responsibilities:

✦   Technical Oversight: Lead and supervise the implementation team, providing high-level architectural guidance and technical governance.

✦   Design Validation: Conduct rigorous reviews of technical designs, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to Salesforce standards.

✦   Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary liaison between the implementation team and the customer, advising on roadmap strategy and development best practices.

✦   Quality Assurance: Monitor the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality code delivery and efficient system integration.

Job Requirements:

✦   Proven experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is good to have.

✦   Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation.

✦   Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect capacity.

✦   Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to Lansing, Michigan, as weekly onsite collaboration is required.
