Job Responsibilities:
✦ Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
✦ Provide support on client calls on a need-to basis.
✦ Review developers’ code, make suggestions, and sign off code before moving to the integrated environment.
✦ Take module ownership in the following aspects: Estimation, Requirement, Design, Coding, Testing, Technical Documentation, and Release.
✦ Provide design structure for small projects or small modules of any project.
✦ Perform entity and data mapping for integration process flows.
✦ Provide technical guidance to the team.
✦ Create designs and solutions.
✦ Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Job Requirements:
✦ 15+ years Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Flows, APIs.
✦ Must have at least 8 years of experience in Salesforce Application development with LWC, Apex, and JavaScript.
✦ Very good knowledge of Salesforce best practices, Security Model, and Platform Architecture.
✦ Expertise in Apex, Visualforce and/or Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SFDX.
✦ Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce features: Custom Objects, Fields and Record Types, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Lightning Flows, and Security Model.
✦ Implementation expertise in API integrations like SOAP and REST.
✦ Any CI/CD tool knowledge.
✦ Different Salesforce environment knowledge and how to refresh it from Production.
✦ Salesforce certifications (Development + (Some) Architects).
✦ Knowledge of metrics SLA and operational Dashboard.
✦ Have Service Cloud Consultant or PD-1/2 active certification.
✦ Nice to have Community Cloud experience.
✦ REST/SOAP API development experience.
