Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

✦   Recommend scalable and sustainable solutions for complex business processes focusing on CRM strategy and systems architecture.

✦   Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams to define integration and migration strategies.

✦   Develop system architecture artifacts and ensure adherence to implementation standards.

✦   Drive technical excellence in application development, middleware, and n-tier architecture.

✦   Ensure robust security, sharing models, and code compliance with Salesforce best practices.

✦   Oversee data architecture including design, integration, migration, and deployment strategies.

✦   Lead technical discussions during discovery and requirement gathering sessions.

✦   Conduct org health and technical debt assessments.

✦   Provide expertise in Salesforce areas such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

✦   Provide technical leadership in Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and design patterns.

✦   Utilize source control and deliver solutions in Agile and CI/CD environments.

✦   Communicate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Track Salesforce releases and plan enablement.

✦   Drive build vs buy vs extend decisions and document trade-offs.

✦   Contribute to version control, packaging strategy, automated testing, and release processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Salesforce architecture.

✦   Mastery of Salesforce platform development and architecture including Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and web services.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex programming design patterns.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration design patterns.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices.

✦   Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.

✦   Familiarity with implementation standards and methodologies.

✦   Certified Salesforce Platform Developer and at least two additional Salesforce certifications.

✦   Experience with source control systems such as Git and Agile CI/CD environments.

✦   Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Copado is a plus.

✦   Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

✦   Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
