Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work in Agile/Scrum team environment with strong software engineering practices.

✦   Design Salesforce solutions and application architecture using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and APIs.

✦   Provide technical guidance to development teams and perform code reviews.

✦   Create solution designs and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform architecture.

✦   Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.

✦   Develop REST and SOAP API integrations.

✦   Review and approve code before deployment to integrated environments.

✦   Take module ownership including estimation, requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and release.

✦   Work on Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, record types, workflows, process builder, approval processes, flows, and security model.

✦   Support client calls and provide technical assistance as needed.

Job Requirements:

✦   15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 8 years in Salesforce development.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and SFDX.

✦   Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and security model.

✦   Experience in REST and SOAP API integrations.

✦   Ability to design solutions for small projects or modules.

✦   Experience with CI/CD tools and environment management.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce metrics, SLAs, and operational dashboards.

✦   Experience with code review and deployment governance.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as PD1/PD2 and Service Cloud Consultant preferred.

✦   Strong understanding of data mapping and integration processes.
