Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements during project initiation.

✦   Recommend suitable design, licenses, and implementation approaches for scalable applications.

✦   Ensure quality of deliverables from a technology perspective.

✦   Create design documents and oversee requirement gathering, client communication, and presentations.

✦   Mentor team members and keep knowledge updated with Salesforce features.

✦   Architect and design Salesforce solutions using best practices.

✦   Manage releases of Salesforce applications including packages and change sets.

Job Requirements:

✦   9 to 14 years of experience in Salesforce.

✦   Experience managing releases of Salesforce applications with understanding of packages and change sets.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs including Tooling API, Metadata API, Canvas, REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.

✦   Experience with Lightning development.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, licensing model, best practices, and governor limits.

✦   Experience in configuration, customization, and programming with Apex, Apex Triggers, and Visualforce.

✦   Knowledge of web application integration patterns using REST or SOAP APIs.

✦   Awareness of Salesforce1 and Marketing Cloud.

✦   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
