Job Responsibilities:

✦   Oversee the total Salesforce landscape including system design, data structures, security protocols, and connectivity models.

✦   Design cross-cloud Salesforce solutions focused on scalability and operational efficiency.

✦   Translate complex business requirements into high-level architecture blueprints and technical specifications.

✦   Define and enforce development standards, governance frameworks, and design patterns.

✦   Manage integration architecture using APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, and event-based messaging systems.

✦   Provide technical leadership for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.

✦   Lead implementation of AI capabilities including Agentforce and Copilot with governance frameworks.

✦   Design DevOps and CI/CD release strategies for Salesforce deployments.

✦   Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through access control and sharing rules.

✦   Mentor developers and administrators to improve platform expertise.

✦   Drive continuous innovation aligned with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 8 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience.

✦   At least 3 years in a Salesforce leadership or architect role.

✦   Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

✦   Active Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification required.

✦   Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations and event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC).

✦   Experience with identity management solutions such as Okta or Azure AD.

✦   Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   MuleSoft or similar integration platform experience preferred.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Shield is a plus.

✦   Strong enterprise architecture and governance experience.
