Job Responsibilities:

✦   Assist in designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. Create and present design diagrams, including process flows, data models, and system integration maps.

✦   Participate in discovery conversations with business stakeholders to understand context, goals, and constraints, and to surface architectural considerations.

✦   Help validate that proposed solutions are valuable, viable, and feasible before development begins.

✦   Participate in business workshops to understand approved business requirements and clarify functional expectations.

✦   Translate validated requirements into solution-oriented designs and support the creation and refinement of user stories.

✦   Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions and translate architectural decisions into practical implementation.

✦   Create and maintain solution artifacts such as process flows, data models, and integration diagrams.

✦   Implement solutions using declarative tools, Flows, and programmatic components such as Apex and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Support the enforcement of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and data governance policies.

✦   Act as a partner to business and technology teams to collaboratively shape solutions.

✦   Assist in the analysis and design of integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems such as Data Lakes and ERPs.

✦   Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience required.

✦   Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential or progress toward it with certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Agent Force Specialist.

✦   5–7 years of direct experience in the Salesforce ecosystem in roles such as Salesforce Implementation Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, or Senior Salesforce Administrator.

✦   Ability to contribute to requirements discovery sessions and ensure alignment between business requirements and solution design.

✦   Working knowledge of Salesforce declarative capabilities and when to use programmatic solutions.

✦   Foundational understanding of Salesforce architecture including data modeling, governance, security, limits, scalability, and performance.

✦   Familiarity with Salesforce design and integration patterns and API-based integrations.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Experience with work management tools such as Azure DevOps.

✦   Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

✦   Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities within Salesforce.

✦   Industry experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment is preferred.

✦   Presently this position is in a hybrid status with a minimum of 1 day per month in the office.

✦   0% ~ 10% travel domestically required.
