Job Responsibilities:

✦   Own the overall technical vision and architecture of the Salesforce platform.

✦   Design scalable enterprise solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

✦   Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical blueprints.

✦   Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, and platform guardrails.

✦   Review and approve solution designs created by developers and administrators.

✦   Drive platform scalability, performance optimization, and technical debt management.

✦   Mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical teams.

✦   Lead design and governance of AI solutions including Agentforce and Einstein AI use cases.

✦   Design Salesforce integrations with external systems including ERP, banking systems, and APIs.

✦   Define enterprise integration patterns, API strategies, and governance models.

✦   Lead architecture decisions for data exchange, synchronization, security, and performance.

✦   Design and document MuleSoft integration architectures including APIs, Mule Flows, and connectors.

✦   Develop RAML definitions and API specifications.

✦   Manage CloudHub deployments and API lifecycle management.

✦   Establish CI/CD standards, deployment strategies, and release management processes.

✦   Ensure architecture compliance, platform health, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in an Architect role.

✦   Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds including Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.

✦   Strong MuleSoft architecture and integration experience with at least 3+ years hands-on delivery.

✦   Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, triggers, bulkification, async processing, and governor limits.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model including CRUD, FLS, and sharing rules.

✦   Experience designing enterprise integration architectures and API-led connectivity.

✦   Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management processes.

✦   Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments preferred.

✦   Preferred certifications include Salesforce System Architect, Application Architect, and CTA.
