Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design Salesforce solutions leveraging Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

✦   Provide guidance on Salesforce data models, security, and best practices.

✦   Evaluate and recommend integration approaches between Salesforce and enterprise systems.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and leadership to translate strategy into recommendations.

✦   Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.

✦   Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution and technical architecture across engagements.

✦   Conduct technical discovery and architecture assessments.

✦   Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

✦   Define system integrations, data models, security models, and deployment strategies.

✦   Provide technical leadership including code reviews and design guidance.

✦   Support business development activities including solutioning and proposal development.

✦   Contribute to Salesforce practice growth.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce platform experience including architecture or lead developer roles.

✦   Expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

✦   Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and Omni Studio.

✦   Expertise in data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture.

✦   Experience with integration patterns including middleware, ETL, and Mulesoft.

✦   Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as DevOps Center, Git, Copado, or Gearset.

✦   Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in healthcare environments.

✦   Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, and governance.

✦   Experience conducting technical assessments and developing roadmaps.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

✦   Must be authorized to work in the United States.

✦   Preferred certifications include Salesforce Architect certifications and Health Cloud Consultant.
