Job Responsibilities:

✦   Drive architectural strategy and vision for complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.

✦   Lead end-to-end technical delivery ensuring performance, scalability, and security standards.

✦   Oversee and mentor developers and administrators on Apex, LWC, integrations, and CI/CD.

✦   Review solution designs and technical specifications before development.

✦   Own technical backlog and align priorities with product owners and project managers.

✦   Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.

✦   Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes.

✦   Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and technical quality assurance.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure feasibility.

✦   Support UAT, defect resolution, and production issue troubleshooting.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation including data flows, API specs, and deployment guides.

Job Requirements:

✦   10–15 years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations.

✦   Expertise in Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processing, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow automation.

✦   Strong knowledge of integration patterns including REST, SOAP, middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit), and event-driven architecture.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing architecture, and governor limits.

✦   Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Git-based workflows.

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

✦   Ability to design scalable solutions and optimize system performance.

✦   Knowledge of architecture principles, solution frameworks, and migration planning.
