Job Responsibilities:

✦   • Own end-to-end Salesforce product architecture across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Cloud.

✦   • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.

✦   • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities.

✦   • Design and govern Salesforce security, sharing models, and compliance controls.

✦   • Design secure integrations with core financial systems using API-led and event-driven architectures.

✦   • Establish and enforce Salesforce architectural standards, guardrails, and best practices.

✦   • Define and maintain High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD).

✦   • Act as design authority for Salesforce solutions across multiple teams.

✦   • Review solution designs and code for architectural integrity and compliance.

✦   • Support release planning, deployment strategies, and environment management.

✦   • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance.

✦   • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

Job Requirements:

✦   • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, and enterprise design patterns.

✦   • Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security framework, governor limits, scalability, and performance.

✦   • Experience in API-led integrations (REST, SOAP), Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.

✦   • Knowledge of secure middleware integration (e.g., MuleSoft).

✦   • Experience designing data models, large data volume strategies, and data governance.

✦   • Understanding of compliance, data protection, GDPR, and secure handling of PII.

✦   • Experience with Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Scheduled) and Flow vs Apex automation strategy.

✦   • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development.

✦   • Ability to design scalable architectures across multiple teams and systems.
