Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions for large-scale enterprise implementations.

✦   Actively participate in hands-on development including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Define and implement architecture patterns aligned with Salesforce best practices.

✦   Handle platform limits, performance optimization, and scalability challenges.

✦   Design and oversee data modeling, data migration, and data quality strategies.

✦   Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.

✦   Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for deployment automation.

✦   Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

✦   Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement analysis and solution design.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in architecture roles.

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Platform Events.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns and governor limits.

✦   Expertise in Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and FLS.

✦   Strong experience in data modeling, large data volume management, and performance tuning.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.

✦   Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.

✦   Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.

✦   Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Preferred certifications include Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or CTA.
