Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or custom development on the Salesforce Platform.

✦   Translate business requirements into technical architecture and high-level design.

✦   Ensure solutions follow best practices around security, performance, and scalability.

✦   Provide governance and architectural oversight across multiple projects and teams.

✦   Lead technical discussions and review implementation approaches with developers and consultants.

✦   Define integration strategies with external systems and data sources.

✦   Mentor junior developers and admins and promote a culture of technical excellence.

✦   Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies.

✦   Assist in the development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.

✦   Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and code reviews.

✦   Support the creation and maintenance of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

✦   Collaborate with QA and business users to test and debug solutions.

✦   Learn and apply Salesforce best practices in security, development, and deployment.

✦   Document technical specifications and solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience Level: 4 to 5+ years.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Objects, Page Layouts).

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules).

✦   Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.

✦   Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

✦   Advanced certifications such as Platform Developer II, Salesforce Integration Architect, Salesforce Application Architect are preferred.

✦   Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, CPQ, MuleSoft or other middleware tools.

✦   Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).

✦   Experience in test automation (Selenium, Provar, Apex Test classes).

✦   Industry experience in Banking, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, etc.
