Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design IT solutions to improve efficiency and KPIs of customer support and marketing operations.
✦ Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
✦ Work with customer CIO and teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
✦ Communicate project plans and status updates with stakeholders.
✦ Collaborate with internal business teams and IT development teams to ensure effective solution design and delivery.
✦ Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
✦ Mentor and support team members.
✦ Stay updated with Salesforce Agentforce features and best practices.
✦ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
Job Requirements:
✦ 10+ years of IT architecture experience with strong focus on Salesforce.
✦ Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning.
✦ Experience in Salesforce integration and customization.
✦ Knowledge of Agentforce and Data Cloud preferred.
✦ Experience with Adobe marketing tools (e.g., Workfront) and Microsoft Azure is a plus.
✦ Mandatory experience in customer support operations and CPG industry.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✦ Excellent communication skills.
✦ Fluency in English (written and spoken).
