Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).

✦   Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

✦   Lead system design for quoting, pricing, billing, order management, and service processes.

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce using flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.

✦   Define data models, object structures, and governance standards.

✦   Ensure integration with external systems including Oracle EBS and other ERP/finance systems.

✦   Support end-to-end lifecycle: Quote to Order to Invoice to Service.

✦   Manage deployments, releases, and environment strategy (UAT, PROD).

✦   Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity.

✦   Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing).

✦   Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft or similar).

✦   Experience integrating with Oracle EBS (Order Management, Pricing, Finance modules).

✦   Knowledge of data modeling, SOQL, and automation tools (Flows, Apex optional).

✦   Experience with pricing logic, discounting, and approval workflows.

✦   Understanding of service processes (cases, SLAs, entitlements).

✦   5 to 8 years in Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   Proven experience designing multi cloud Salesforce solutions.

✦   Experience in enterprise environments with complex integrations including Oracle EBS.

✦   Background in sales operations, service operations, or revenue operations.

✦   Strong problem-solving skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, CPQ Specialist) are nice to have.

✦   Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS or SAP is nice to have.

✦   Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is nice to have.
