Salesforce Architect / Senior Developer
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, debugging, and enhancement delivery.

✦   Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, validation rules, triggers, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Build and enhance OmniStudio assets including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

✦   Troubleshoot issues related to data integrity, workflows, automation, reporting, integrations, and UI/UX.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, analysts, security, and integration teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft preferred).

✦   Lead solution architecture while contributing code, fixes, and deployments.

✦   Ensure scalability, maintainability, security, performance, and usability of solutions.

✦   Conduct code reviews and support secure CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps or Git-based pipelines.

✦   Implement secure development practices aligned with federal standards such as NIST, FISMA, and ATO controls.

✦   Support Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein and Agentforce where applicable.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   3+ years of Salesforce architecture experience.

✦   Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, and Salesforce configuration.

✦   Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).

✦   Experience with integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise middleware.

✦   Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and version control systems.

✦   Experience with federal security frameworks (NIST, FISMA, ATO).

✦   Understanding of Salesforce AI tools such as Einstein and Agentforce preferred.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required.

✦   Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification strongly preferred.

✦   Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required.

✦   Ability to work in a federal environment and handle secure development practices.

Additional Details:

✦   Hybrid role with 1–2 days onsite per week in Washington, DC and additional onsite required during rollout activities.

✦   Contract-to-hire position requiring US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status with active Public Trust clearance.

✦   W2 employment with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, and life insurance.

✦   Rate: $60–$70 per hour (W2).

✦   Must be willing to support secure federal environments and comply with security clearance requirements.
