Job Responsibilities:
✦ Serve as a senior hands-on developer responsible for daily coding, configuration, debugging, and enhancement delivery.
✦ Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, validation rules, triggers, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
✦ Build and enhance OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
✦ Resolve platform issues involving data integrity, workflows, automation, reporting, integrations, and UI/UX.
✦ Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, analysts, and integration teams to translate requirements into solutions.
✦ Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
✦ Act as the lead technical resource for solution architecture and implementation.
✦ Guide team on coding standards, best practices, and technical direction.
✦ Ensure solutions align with enterprise requirements for scalability, security, and performance.
✦ Implement secure development practices and support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Job Requirements:
✦ 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
✦ 3+ years of Architect experience.
✦ At least 3+ years of strong OmniStudio experience including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
✦ Strong integration experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
✦ Experience with Salesforce AI, Einstein, Agentforce, or AI-driven automation preferred.
✦ Salesforce Platform Developer I & II required.
✦ Salesforce OmniStudio Developer strongly preferred.
✦ Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect required.
✦ Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
