Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the technical design and development efforts for Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

✦   Customize and configure Salesforce applications including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, PSA, integrations, CTI, and Agentforce.

✦   Develop custom code, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

✦   Develop integrations between systems, applications, and data sources using APIs and integration tools.

✦   Implement best practices for Salesforce development including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

✦   Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and timelines.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

✦   Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends and recommend process improvements.

✦   Take ownership of platform governance.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong proficiency in configuration, declarative tools, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

✦   Experience as Tech Lead or Salesforce Application Architect with platform governance expertise.

✦   5+ years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience including Entitlements, CTI, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, Chat Bots, Enhanced Chat, and Agentforce.

✦   Experience with Certinia PSA.

✦   At least 3 Experience Cloud implementations.

✦   Proven experience leading Salesforce projects from design to implementation.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Integration, Application/System Architect preferred.

✦   Ability to work flexible hours based on business priorities.
