Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the technical design and development efforts for the Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

✦   Customize and configure Salesforce applications including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, PSA, integrations, CTI, and Agentforce.

✦   Develop custom code, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

✦   Develop integrations to connect systems, applications, and data sources and manage APIs.

✦   Implement best practices including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

✦   Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and recommend process improvements.

✦   Take ownership of platform governance.

✦   Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of Salesforce experience including configurations, declarative tools, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

✦   Experience as Tech Lead or Salesforce Application Architect.

✦   5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.

✦   Experience with Entitlements, CTI, Omni Channel, Knowledge management, Chat Bots, Enhanced Chat, and Agentforce.

✦   Knowledge of Certinia PSA.

✦   At least 3 Experience Cloud implementations.

✦   Proven experience leading Salesforce projects from design to implementation.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✦   Experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Integration, Application/System Architect.

✦   Ability to work flexible hours.
