Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and own end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

✦   Lead high-level and low-level design discussions, translating business requirements into scalable technical blueprints.

✦   Drive decisions on: Flow vs. Apex vs. LWC, Sync vs Async processing, On-platform vs external system processing.

✦   Ensure solutions are optimised for scalability, performance, and Salesforce governor limits.

✦   Work closely with IT CRM and business team to analyze requirements, design solutions and plan future releases.

✦   Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across the team.

✦   Ability to lead teams and drive technical discussions.

✦   Collaborate with Salesforce developers, Business analysts, Architects and IT SMEs to design and deliver solutions.

✦   Have knowledge of deployment using CI/CD pipelines in Devops process.

✦   Design integration patterns using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware platforms.

✦   Define API strategies REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong knowledge of Apex design patterns, Salesforce data model, security framework and declarative framework.

✦   Handle Large Data Volume (LDV) scenarios skinny tables, indexed fields, SOQL optimisation, archiving.

✦   Implement and govern the Salesforce security model: Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security.

✦   Strong hands-on coding must write and review Apex & LWC code directly.

✦   Objects, relationships, indexing, archival strategies.

✦   Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Model, FLS.

✦   Queueable, Batch Apex, Future methods.

✦   MuleSoft or equivalent, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC.

✦   Hands-on working experience with Agentforce (Topics, Sub-agents, Prompt Design).

✦   Hands-on working experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, harmonisation, identity resolution).

✦   Evaluate trade-offs and recommend optimal solutions.

✦   Clear articulation of decisions to business & technical stakeholders.

✦   10+ years in Salesforce with architecture-level responsibility.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

✦   Salesforce Certified App Developer.

✦   Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

✦   Salesforce Certified Application / System Architect.

✦   Salesforce Certified Integration Architect.

✦   Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
