Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and customize ATM applications using Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builders.

✦   Implement complex therapy workflows using Salesforce Flows.

✦   Configure and manage Salesforce Scheduler for appointments.

✦   Develop integrations with third-party tools for therapy orchestration.

✦   Manage participant data and ensure data integrity.

✦   Set up user profiles and permission sets.

✦   Configure COI/COC reporting and tracking.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve defects.

✦   Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness.

✦   Maintain compliance with patient data protection standards.

✦   Participate in compliance audits.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.

✦   Expertise in OmniStudio and Salesforce platform.

✦   Experience in patient data management and healthcare workflows.

✦   Understanding of care plans and patient journey implementations.

✦   Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with healthcare systems.

✦   Understanding of data security and compliance standards.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
