Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and customize Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management (ATM) applications including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builders.

✦   Implement complex multi-step therapy workflows such as apheresis and infusion using Salesforce Flows.

✦   Configure and manage Salesforce Scheduler for multi-site and multi-territory appointment scheduling.

✦   Develop integrations with third-party systems for therapy orchestration.

✦   Manage patient, clinical, and enrollment data ensuring integrity across care journeys.

✦   Set up user profiles, permission sets, and role-based access control.

✦   Configure COI/COC (Chain of Identity/Custody) reporting and tracking.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.

✦   Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

✦   Minimum 6 years of software development experience.

✦   Strong Salesforce platform expertise (Admin and Development).

✦   Experience with Healthcare Cloud and Advanced Therapy Management data model.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Scheduler, Flows, Apex, and Lightning.

✦   Experience with Evaluation Flows, Platform Events, CDC, REST, SOAP API, and Bulk API.

✦   Understanding of advanced therapy processes and patient journeys.

✦   Ability to work with cross-functional clinical, IT, and business teams.

✦   Knowledge of Agentforce is desirable.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment practices.

✦   Strong communication and teamwork skills.
