Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and customize ATM applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builders.

✦   Implement complex multi-step therapy workflows using Salesforce Flows.

✦   Configure and manage Salesforce Scheduler for appointment booking.

✦   Develop integrations with third-party tools for therapy orchestration.

✦   Manage participant data, clinical information, and enrollment progress.

✦   Set up user profiles, permission sets, and access controls.

✦   Configure reporting and tracking for Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.

✦   Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

✦   Maintain compliance with healthcare data protection standards including PHI, PII, GDPR, and HIPAA.

✦   Participate in compliance audits and implement remediation actions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

✦   Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.

✦   Strong Salesforce platform expertise in administration and development.

✦   Proficiency in Healthcare Cloud and Advanced Therapy Management data model.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Scheduler, Flows, Apex, and Lightning.

✦   Experience with platform events, CDC, REST, SOAP API, and Bulk API.

✦   Understanding of therapy processes and patient journeys.

✦   Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

✦   Knowledge of Agentforce is desirable.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.

✦   Strong communication and teamwork skills.
