Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience.

✦   Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.

✦   Create and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define acceptance criteria.

✦   Perform root cause analysis for defects and support resolution.

✦   Participate in code reviews and promote code quality.

✦   Stay updated with technology trends and contribute to technical communities.

Job Requirements:

✦   3 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce testing.

✦   Experience with Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data model, and security.

✦   Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.

✦   Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.

✦   Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Experience with API testing tools such as REST Assured or Postman.

✦   Strong knowledge of testing methodologies including regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.

✦   Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

✦   Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.

✦   Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Ability to work in agile environments.
