Job Responsibilities:

✦   Responsible for L2 and L3 support and maintenance of eCommerce ecosystem applications involving SFCC B2B commerce platform, Umbraco CMS, and Tenovos DAM platform. Act as SPOC and escalation contact for support issues. Coordinate with stakeholders, OEM, third-party support teams, and internal teams to resolve issues and implement permanent fixes. Guide the team on support tickets, hot fixes, RCA, SOP updates, and stakeholder engagement. Run daily stand-ups and resolve technical blockers. Provide technical clarifications on user stories and tasks. Manage interdependent technical data and content flow across applications. Assist in sprint planning and execution. Document configuration, code changes, and processes. Work with architects and product owners on technical feasibility. Manage incident, problem, change, transition, and release processes. Track SLAs and support metrics and publish reports. Maintain and improve Salesforce applications and integrations across the ecosystem. Ensure compliance with security and development standards.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience in leading a team of 5-10 support members and ensuring SLA and KPI adherence. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud configuration and flows. Knowledge of Umbraco CMS, Salsify PIM, Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, Azure integration services, and Next.js UI. Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and sprint delivery metrics. Experience in managing shifts and executing shift ROTA. Experience with GitHub and knowledge of CI/CD. Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in applying hot fixes, CI, unit testing, and deployment into live environments.
