Job Responsibilities:
✦ SPOC/Escalation contact for any L2-L3 support issues pertaining to eCommerce ecosystem of applications.
✦ Support ecosystem of applications involving SFCC B2B, Salsify PIM, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, Azure integration services, and Next.js UI.
✦ Coordinate with stakeholders, OEM, third-party support teams, and internal teams to address issue resolutions and permanent fixes.
✦ Guide and work with the team on day-to-day support tickets, hot fixes, RCA, SOP/Runbook/KEDB updates, and stakeholder engagement.
✦ Run daily stand-up meetings and help resolve technical blockers.
✦ Provide technical clarifications on user stories and tasks.
✦ Resolve inter-dependent technical data/content flow across ecommerce, CMS, DAM, and PIM applications.
✦ Assist in sprint/kanban planning and execution.
✦ Document configuration/code changes and functional/technical process changes.
✦ Work with architects and product owners for clarifications and feasibility.
✦ Manage incident, problem, change, transition, and release processes.
✦ Initiate and run triage calls for major incidents.
✦ Track and monitor SLAs, generate reports, and publish metrics.
✦ Support, maintain, and improve Salesforce applications.
✦ Maintain integrations across eCommerce ecosystem applications.
✦ Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to improve systems.
✦ Ensure compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce.
Job Requirements:
✦ Any Graduate.
✦ 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud configuration/flows.
✦ Experience with Umbraco CMS, Salsify PIM, Tenovos DAM, SAP ERP, Payment services, Tax services, and WMS/3PL.
✦ Experience leading a team of 5-10 members.
✦ Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and sprint delivery metrics.
✦ Experience in shift planning and execution.
✦ Experience with GitHub and knowledge of CI/CD.
✦ Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests.
✦ Understanding of Scrum/Kanban and agile principles.
✦ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
✦ Experience in applying hot fixes, continuous integration, unit testing, and deployment into live environments.
