Job Responsibilities:
✦ Work with the business to understand their needs, document technical requirements, and build and manage the product backlog. Serve as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, product owner, and team members. Work with the product team in an Agile environment to understand epic vision, breakdown of features, and prioritize user stories. Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points. Work with Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to document source to target data mappings. Participate in identification, quantification, and mitigation of risks and issues. Work with Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to the Scrum Master. Ensure there is a healthy volume of user stories in the backlog to maintain backlog health and flexibility.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree required. Eight plus years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Two plus years of experience using SOQL to create ad hoc queries and analyze data. Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience leading other BSAs on a project team. Experience in the financial services or banking industry preferred. Experience working with Salesforce platform including Sales and Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud preferred. Salesforce Administration certifications preferred. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work with a high performing team.
