Job Responsibilities:
✦ Partner with sales operations, sales leadership, and operations teams to gather, document, and prioritize Salesforce requirements.
✦ Translate business processes into Salesforce configurations, flows, and data models.
✦ Facilitate workshops and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
✦ Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
✦ Identify process gaps and recommend Salesforce-native solutions.
✦ Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, roles, permission sets, and security.
✦ Configure and maintain Sales Cloud objects, fields, layouts, record types, and validation rules.
✦ Build and maintain automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and approval processes.
✦ Manage sandbox environments, change sets, and deployments.
✦ Evaluate and manage AppExchange packages.
✦ Support API-based Salesforce integrations.
✦ Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales leadership.
✦ Design cross-object reports and custom report types.
✦ Configure and deploy Agentforce AI agents and enable Einstein features.
✦ Maintain platform documentation and participate in release planning and stakeholder demos.
Job Requirements:
✦ Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred.
✦ 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in Sales Cloud.
✦ Demonstrated business analysis experience including requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation.
✦ Expertise in building reports and dashboards including cross-object reports and summary formulas.
✦ Strong experience with Flow Builder, custom objects, validation rules, and page layouts.
✦ Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI features such as Lead Scoring and Opportunity Insights.
✦ Experience with sandbox management, change sets, and deployment processes.
✦ Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
✦ Ability to work in US CST/EST time zones.
✦ Nice to have: CRM Analytics experience, light Apex knowledge, API integration experience, and background in PEO/HCM/payroll industry.
