Job Responsibilities:

✦   Support and maintain day-to-day operations of Revenue Cloud environment.

✦   Work with Salesforce Billing consultants to understand implementation, recurring issues, and system architecture.

✦   Take ownership of day-to-day support for Salesforce Billing.

✦   Investigate and resolve Salesforce Billing cases and apply permanent fixes.

✦   Manage Revenue Cloud configurations including billing rules, invoice schedules, and product setup.

✦   Build and maintain reports and dashboards for the Global Revenue Team.

✦   Set up and maintain invoice templates using Conga.

✦   Perform database maintenance including diagnostic testing, duplicate cleansing, and data quality governance.

✦   Resolve sales tax issues and ensure compliance with billing records.

✦   Provide end-user training and support for billing processes and releases.

✦   Work with Flows and declarative Salesforce tools.

✦   Support SDLC processes including Agile methodology, sandbox development, and deployments.

✦   Support night shifts during revenue close periods when required.

Job Requirements:

✦   2–4 years of Salesforce Administration experience in CPQ and Billing.

✦   Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash process.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

✦   Experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Good communication skills for global team collaboration.

✦   Ability to work in fast-paced environment and participate in video-based meetings.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field.

✦   Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

✦   Additional certifications like Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, or Billing Specialist are a plus.
