Job Responsibilities:
✦ Analyze and troubleshoot Salesforce production issues, including data, automation, permissions, and integrations.
✦ Perform incident triage, root-cause analysis, and solution validation.
✦ Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
✦ Support UAT, testing, documentation, and enhancement backlog management.
✦ Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
✦ Ensure compliance with governance, release management, and audit standards.
Job Requirements:
✦ 4+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Analyst experience.
✦ Strong knowledge of Salesforce core functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps).
✦ Experience with Flow, validation rules, and ticket-based support environments.
✦ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
✦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
✦ U.S. Citizenship required.
✦ Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
✦ Must be able to work on-site in San Antonio, TX.
✦ Salesforce BA/Admin certifications.
✦ Experience with Agile/Hybrid-Agile methodologies.
✦ Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and issue analysis.
✦ Experience supporting public sector or regulated environments.
✦ Prior experience with government or compliance-driven programs.
