Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead business and functional analysis efforts specific to Salesforce banking domain projects.

✦   Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

✦   Define and document user stories, process flows, and use cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements.

✦   Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

✦   Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.

✦   Identify risks and issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and propose mitigation strategies.

✦   Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support issue resolution during deployment phases.

✦   Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the Salesforce domain.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.

✦   Utilize deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud to design and optimize sales processes.

✦   Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers to ensure clear communication and successful delivery of solutions.

✦   Evaluate existing Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user experience.

✦   Support the development of training materials and user documentation.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce Sales Cloud features and industry best practices.

✦   Participate in testing and validation of Salesforce Sales Cloud customizations and integrations.

Job Requirements:

✦   7 – 10 years of experience.

✦   Salesforce Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Banking domain and Salesforce Sales Cloud.

✦   Extensive expertise in Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Trade Finance, Client Services, Complaints Handling, and KYC/KYB desks.

✦   Ability to create business cases for banking line of businesses.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

✦   Experience in CRM Assessment projects is an added advantage.
