Job Responsibilities:

✦   Performs business systems and process analysis of existing systems/processes. Conducts interviews and requirements gathering workshops. Ensures sign-off of all artifacts.

✦   Assists in testing, training plan development and training, support for users, and developing user documentation.

✦   Participates in QA process; identifies test cases; explains complex processes; aids in developing test plans.

✦   Develops detailed business cases, ROI calculations, value definition, cost assessments, benefits, and risk analyses.

✦   Conducts root cause analysis for defect resolution using knowledge of applications, interfaces, and technology.

✦   Coordinates project tasks and project lifecycle phases for small to mid-size projects.

✦   Builds Salesforce declarative customizations and automations including objects, record types, layouts, fields, workflow rules, flows, and process builders.

✦   Develops understanding of banking operations to lead complex projects and integrations.

✦   Promotes business adoption of system capabilities via trainings and webinars.

✦   Participates in Agile project methodology including change management.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree or relevant Salesforce certifications.

✦   2+ years as a Salesforce.com Administrator.

✦   Experience in Scrum/Agile environment.

✦   Knowledge of Five9, Conga, Glance, LoS, Marketing Cloud platforms.

✦   Experience with cloud and on-premise systems.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

✦   Experience with Salesforce1 Mobile.

✦   SQL knowledge.

Additional Details:

✦   Annual discretionary cash bonus target: 10%.

✦   Annual discretionary restricted stock units bonus target: 10%.
