Job Responsibilities:
✦ Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT organization.
✦ Collect, analyze, develop, document, and communicate business requirements.
✦ Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
✦ Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce Service Cloud.
✦ Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
✦ Implement CRM features such as case management, knowledge base, service contracts, and entitlements.
✦ Assist in project planning including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
✦ Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
✦ Develop and execute test plans and user acceptance testing.
✦ Create and execute test cases and validate results.
✦ Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application and integration issues.
✦ Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
✦ Provide ongoing user support and gather feedback for improvements.
✦ Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops.
✦ Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
✦ 3–5 years of relevant technical or business experience.
✦ 3–5 years of Salesforce CRM configuration or development experience.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features.
✦ Experience with requirement gathering and business process analysis.
✦ Knowledge of IIBA principles and business analysis practices.
✦ Experience with Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning.
✦ Familiarity with data migration, integration, and reporting.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✦ Ability to manage priorities and stakeholder expectations.
✦ Preferred certifications: Salesforce Admin Certification, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), ITIL/ITSM, Lean Six Sigma.
