Job Responsibilities:
✦ Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, identifying and solving business challenges.
✦ Lead small-to-medium projects and drive high-impact transformation initiatives.
✦ Develop road maps, change management, and communication plans.
✦ Improve and standardize processes, creating metrics to track efficiency and effectiveness.
✦ Support Salesforce integrations.
✦ Build relationships across teams to influence decisions and ensure project success.
✦ Review, analyze, and document functionality in a highly customized instance of Salesforce.
✦ Support delivery, agile, and risk management best practices.
✦ Define and groom user stories with stakeholders.
✦ Analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas.
✦ Develop work instructions and process documentation.
✦ Troubleshoot and provide user support.
✦ Facilitate integration testing with Salesforce and SAP.
✦ Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document processes.
✦ Provide guidance and support for case creation and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
✦ 2+ years of experience in process management, project management, and Salesforce.com or similar environments.
✦ Advanced experience in process diagramming using MS Visio or similar tools.
✦ Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
✦ Ability to work autonomously.
✦ Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
✦ Salesforce.com certifications preferred.
✦ Experience with Salesforce CPQ, FSL, SAP, and system integrations preferred.
✦ Experience working in an Agile environment.
✦ Consulting experience.
