Job Responsibilities:
✦ Conduct workshops to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
✦ Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.
✦ Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions.
✦ Act as the voice of the customer to IT project teams.
✦ Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and create training materials.
✦ Maintain documentation of processes, user stories, data models, and technical specifications.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis with 2-3 years in Salesforce CRM implementations.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, standard objects, reports, and dashboards.
✦ Proficiency in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
✦ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst preferred.
✦ Experience with data modeling, data migration, and integration with other systems.
✦ Proficiency in reporting tools such as SQL and Excel.
✦ Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and train users.
