Job Responsibilities:
✦ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements across Sales and Service functions.
✦ Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
✦ Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
✦ Design scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Communication Cloud, Salesforce Billing, and industry-specific capabilities.
✦ Contribute to solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices aligned with Salesforce standards.
✦ Drive use cases specific to telecom/media such as customer onboarding and KYC, product catalog and pricing, order management and provisioning, billing and customer support journeys.
✦ Understand BSS/OSS systems and integrations with Salesforce.
✦ Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
✦ Support digital transformation initiatives including omnichannel customer engagement.
Job Requirements:
✦ 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3+ years on Salesforce projects.
✦ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud / Revenue Cloud / CPQ.
✦ Proven experience in the Communications/Telecom/Media industry.
✦ Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes, customer lifecycle management, product catalog and pricing models, and billing.
✦ Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Cloud (Vlocity/Communications Cloud) is highly preferred.
✦ Experience working with integrations (APIs, middleware) and telecom systems (BSS/OSS).
✦ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✦ Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
✦ Proactive mindset with focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
✦ Salesforce Certified Administrator.
✦ Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
✦ Salesforce Communications Cloud Accreditation.
✦ Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
✦ Knowledge of data migration and data modeling.
✦ Exposure to AI-driven CRM capabilities.
