Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage projects for Salesforce.com implementations or customizations from an Agile perspective end-to-end.

✦   Act as Agile Scrum Master, facilitate meetings including Daily Scrum, Retrospectives and meetings with other teams.

✦   Dig into complicated technical details surrounding software product requirements.

✦   Work with and guide Product Owners to fill in technical gaps in requirements.

✦   Eliminate impediments which are beyond the team’s responsibilities to protect the team.

✦   Support change management process for new improvements into production.

✦   Identify ways to better utilize Salesforce for business process and make recommendations on improvements.

✦   Build a high-performing team with continuous improvement of team dynamics and performance.

✦   Manage CPQ and Billing projects for Salesforce.com implementations and customizations.

✦   Perform Salesforce configurations including building flows, reports, lightning pages, and validation rules with strong troubleshooting skills.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of experience as a business analyst in a technical environment.

✦   BA/BS in a relevant field (business or technology) or equivalent experience.

✦   Salesforce CPQ and billing knowledge including product setup, product options, price rules, product rules, and contracts is preferred.

✦   Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

✦   Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum including Agile metrics and reporting techniques.

✦   Strong communication skills including presentation, active listening, and consensus building.

✦   Salesforce certifications or willingness to achieve Admin certification within first year.

✦   Ability to document software requirements clearly.

✦   Experience working effectively in a dynamic development environment within large global teams.

✦   Ability to resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, and reasoned discussion.

✦   Aptitude for nurturing self-organizing, high performing teams via servant leadership and coaching.
