Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.

✦   Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin (BDD) methodology.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to support process re-engineering initiatives.

✦   Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.

✦   Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for documentation and tracking.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of experience in business process analysis and re-engineering.

✦   5+ years of experience with Gherkin/BDD for requirement writing.

✦   3+ years of experience writing user stories.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/Portals, LWC, Aura, Tableau CRM).

✦   Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

✦   Proficiency in MS Office tools.

✦   Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
