Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, scope, and pain points.

✦   Document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

✦   Align requirements with the Salesforce solution team.

✦   Conduct business gap analysis and FIT gap analysis.

✦   Run Salesforce reports and dashboards and perform data analysis.

✦   Own requirements end to end.

✦   Work closely with architects and developers to share requirements and provide clarity.

✦   Validate solutions against business needs and Salesforce best practices.

✦   Conduct demos and smoke testing of delivered solutions.

✦   Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

✦   Support UAT, triage defects, validate defects, and ensure successful deployment.

✦   Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

✦   Prepare user guides and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Job Requirements:

✦   12+ years in IT with at least 8 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

✦   Proven experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.

✦   Minimum two Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Admin and Sales Cloud Consultant.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, automation tools, and reporting.

✦   Familiarity with integration tools and data migration strategies.

✦   Ability to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce.

✦   Ability to download Salesforce data using data loader.

✦   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

✦   Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Preferred: Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Administration.

✦   Preferred: Exposure to Data Governance and MDM practices.

✦   Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering required.
