Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage projects for Salesforce.com implementations or customizations from an Agile perspective end-to-end.

✦   Act as Agile Scrum Master and facilitate meetings including Daily Scrum and Retrospectives.

✦   Work with Product Owners to refine and complete technical requirements.

✦   Remove impediments to ensure teams stay focused on development work.

✦   Support change management processes for production releases.

✦   Identify Salesforce optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.

✦   Build high-performing teams and continuously improve team performance.

✦   Manage CPQ and Billing projects for Salesforce implementations and customizations in Agile environments.

✦   Build and configure Salesforce components including flows, reports, Lightning pages, and validation rules.

✦   Support troubleshooting and debugging of Salesforce issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.

✦   Experience in Salesforce platform including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing (product setup, price rules, product rules, contracts).

✦   Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

✦   Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Agile metrics.

✦   Ability to gather, document, and translate software requirements.

✦   Experience working in large, global, cross-functional teams.

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Salesforce certification or willingness to obtain Admin certification within first year preferred.

✦   Ability to resolve conflicts through negotiation and discussion.

✦   Experience in financial services domain is preferred.
