Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead requirement discovery across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud and translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
✦ Turn business requirements into clear, testable user stories in Jira with strong acceptance criteria and documentation.
✦ Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers and testers to reduce ambiguity and ensure delivery quality.
✦ Review and refine Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and automations.
✦ Support and execute testing to ensure user stories meet definition of done and are ready for deployment.
Job Requirements:
✦ At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
✦ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud including configuration and data model understanding.
✦ Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
✦ Ability to interpret Salesforce metadata and understand deployment concepts.
✦ Experience working in Agile teams using Jira for user stories and acceptance criteria.
✦ Strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.
