Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders.
✦ Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
✦ Drive requirement discussions and solution alignment with cross-functional teams.
✦ Manage requirement traceability and change requests.
✦ Lead UAT activities and support defect resolution.
✦ Handle client communication and business queries.
✦ Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
✦ Support project delivery and ensure quality outcomes.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
✦ Preferred experience in Banking/NBFC domain, specifically Digital Lending.
✦ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
✦ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
