Job Responsibilities:

✦   Responsible for Discovery & design workshops to identify client requirements.

✦   Translate business needs into actionable documentation/specifications/user stories, including use case scenarios, models and conceptual design diagrams to support iterative development.

✦   Work with team to design Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.

✦   Participate in Data migration & integration activities from functional standpoint.

✦   Evaluate As IS process and suggest improvements for To Be Process. Work on Process Maps.

✦   Provide support during QA and UAT testing, as well as defect triage to ensure projects are on track.

✦   Responsible for End user training and other user adoption activities.

✦   Conduct/Participate in scrum ceremonies and assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review.

✦   Maintain certifications in salesforce products.

Job Requirements:

✦   Candidate should have good Salesforce knowledge with experience in implementation projects in Advisory/ Consulting/Business Analyst/ Product Owner roles.

✦   Masters of Business Administration or equivalent – preferred.

✦   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✦   Experience in BFS domain – nice to have.

✦   Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, ability to plan and organize the team as well as documentation, team player, accountable.

✦   Experience in translating business requirements into a detailed system specification.

✦   Salesforce Certification in Admin/Sales/Service or any consulting certification will be an added advantage.

✦   Understanding of Agile Scrum delivery model, experience with tools like Jira/ADO.

✦   Knowledge of creating process flows/frameworks using Visio/ Lucid charts etc.

✦   Knowledge of AI and Agentforce will be desirable.
