Job Responsibilities:
✦ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
✦ Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
✦ Translate requirements into user stories, process diagrams, business rules, and functional documentation.
✦ Support solution design discussions with technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
✦ Facilitate requirement workshops, review meetings, and business walkthrough sessions.
✦ Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement clarification activities.
✦ Coordinate with QA and business users for test case validation, UAT support, and issue resolution.
✦ Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
✦ Recommend process improvements and Salesforce-based enhancements for operational efficiency.
✦ Support implementation, change management, and post-go-live business support activities.
Job Requirements:
✦ 10-15 years of relevant experience.
✦ Strong experience in Salesforce business analysis and functional requirement management.
✦ Good understanding of Salesforce platform features, workflows, and business process enablement.
✦ Ability to gather, structure, and document requirements clearly and effectively.
✦ Experience in process mapping, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
✦ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
✦ Familiarity with Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments.
✦ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
✦ Effective communication and presentation skills.
✦ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✦ Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
