Job Responsibilities:

✦   Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teams.

✦   Lead discovery and requirements gathering for complex Salesforce initiatives.

✦   Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

✦   Partner with architects, administrators, developers, and vendors to design scalable solutions.

✦   Provide subject-matter expertise on Salesforce platform capabilities.

✦   Communicate solutions to offshore development teams.

✦   Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration solutions.

✦   Execute system tests, prepare user-acceptance tests, deployments, and validate changes post-implementation.

✦   Initiate process improvement efforts.

✦   Contribute to data governance, reporting, and system optimization.

✦   Mentor junior analysts and contribute to standards and best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

✦   5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud preferred).

✦   Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience with CPQ or Revenue Cloud is preferred.

✦   Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications preferred.

✦   Experience with system integrations and enterprise reporting.

✦   Background in utilities, field services, or infrastructure industries.
