Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and maintain the Customer 360 data model within Salesforce Data Cloud.

✦   Implement robust identity resolution frameworks to unify customer profiles across systems.

✦   Develop and manage dynamic customer segments.

✦   Enable seamless data activation into CRM and marketing engagement platforms.

✦   Validate and ensure data integrity and consistency from upstream sources.

✦   Prepare clean, structured, and compliant datasets to support AI and machine learning initiatives.

✦   Enforce data governance policies, consent management, and role-based access controls.

✦   Partner with Data Engineering teams on data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline optimization.

✦   Build and deploy custom LLMs or AI components when required to enhance data capabilities.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of experience in CDP, data platform, or CRM data roles.

✦   Proficiency in SQL.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

✦   Strong understanding of customer data modeling and Customer 360 architecture.

✦   Expertise in identity resolution and data matching techniques.

✦   Experience working with data pipelines and cross-functional integration teams.

✦   Familiarity with data governance, consent frameworks, and access control models.

✦   Experience with large-scale customer data environments.

✦   Any Graduate.
