Job Responsibilities:

✦   Operate, improve, and expand the Salesforce implementation used to manage workflow.

✦   Build APIs for external users and work within a multidisciplinary team.

✦   Be accountable for the technical solution and implementation from commencement through completion of projects.

✦   Provide consultative guidance and design overall solutions based on Salesforce and industry best practices.

✦   Establish and support best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, and integrations.

✦   Guide multiple development teams to deliver Salesforce platform solutions.

✦   Participate in collaborative technology review and planning sessions supported by solution architecture artifacts.

✦   Interface with business partners, Salesforce stakeholders, and development teams.

✦   Perform configuration and development on the Salesforce platform when required.

Job Requirements:

✦   Any Graduate.

✦   5+ years experience on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including flows, validation rules, and security controls.

✦   Ability to test and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce flows and Apex.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✦   Experience with Salesforce certification (Administrator required).

✦   Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

✦   Experience in Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

✦   Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements.

✦   Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.

✦   Experience working with integrations teams.

✦   Experience supporting Certinia (FinancialForce) application preferred.

✦   Experience supporting CPQ or Services CPQ preferred.
