Job Responsibilities:

✦   Operate, improve, and expand Salesforce implementation supporting Sales, GTM, and GCS operations.

✦   Provide consultative guidance and design overall solutions based on Salesforce best practices.

✦   Lead technical solution and implementation from commencement through completion of projects.

✦   Establish and support best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.

✦   Guide development teams to deliver Salesforce platform solutions.

✦   Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

✦   Participate in configuration and development on the Salesforce platform when required.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years experience on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including flows, validation rules, and security controls.

✦   Ability to test and troubleshoot Salesforce flows and Apex.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✦   Experience working on Salesforce implementation through the full SDLC.

✦   Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements.

✦   Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and integrations teams.

✦   Salesforce Certified (Administrator required).

✦   Preferred: Experience supporting Certinia (FinancialForce) application and CPQ.

✦   Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
