Job Responsibilities:

✦   Act as Senior Salesforce/Certinia Developer responsible for technical solutioning and implementation from initiation to completion.

✦   Operate, improve, and expand Salesforce implementation for managing Sales, GTM, and GCS operations.

✦   Design overall Salesforce-based solutions following industry best practices.

✦   Provide technical advisory and hands-on development support.

✦   Establish and enforce best practices around instance strategy, data architecture, integrations, and platform governance.

✦   Guide multiple development teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.

✦   Conduct technical review and planning sessions with stakeholders.

✦   Support configuration, development, testing, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications and APIs.

✦   Collaborate with business partners and global development teams to ensure successful delivery.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of Salesforce platform experience.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration including flows, validation rules, and security controls.

✦   Ability to debug and troubleshoot Salesforce flows and Apex code.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Experience working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.

✦   Strong communication and presentation skills.

✦   Ability to gather and analyze requirements and document user stories.

✦   Experience in full SDLC implementation of Salesforce projects.

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification required.

✦   Experience working with integrations and testing teams.

✦   Preferred experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) and CPQ or Services CPQ.

✦   Proficiency in documentation tools like Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

✦   Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and development teams effectively.
