Job Responsibilities:

✦   Help operate, improve, and expand the Salesforce implementation used to manage workflow for Sales, GTM and GCS operations.

✦   Provide technical solution and implementation from commencement through completion of projects.

✦   Provide consultative guidance and design overall solutions based on Salesforce and industry best practices.

✦   Support instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.

✦   Guide multiple development teams and participate in solution architecture and planning sessions.

✦   May perform configuration and/or development including Apex and Salesforce platform work.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years experience on the Salesforce platform.

✦   Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including flows, validation rules, and security controls.

✦   Ability to test and troubleshoot issues with Salesforce flows and Apex.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

✦   Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and technologies.

✦   Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

✦   Experience documenting user stories and creating process flow diagrams.

✦   Experience with full SDLC Salesforce implementations.

✦   Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and integrations teams.

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification required.

✦   Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) application preferred.

✦   Experience with CPQ or Services CPQ preferred.

✦   Additional Salesforce certifications preferred.

✦   Shift Timing: Mid-day shift (2/3 PM IST to 12/1 AM IST).

✦   Experience in building APIs for external users.

✦   Experience in supporting Salesforce integrations and testing.

✦   Preferred exposure to Certinia (FinancialForce) and CPQ systems.
